EVS Tips & Tricks: How to Check EVS Inputs and Outputs from the LSM Remote

Not sure how many inputs and outputs your EVS server has? Don’t rely only on the multiviewer.
A multiviewer can be configured in many different ways, so what you see on the screen is not always the full technical truth. And before you call the engineer, there is a quick check you can do directly from the LSM remote.
Press SHIFT + MENU.
In the upper left corner of the LSM display, you will see the current input / output configuration.
For example:
6Rec 2Play
That means 6 record channels and 2 playback channels.
Small button. Big confidence.
