What an amazing time in Łódź at the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup! We're wrapping up our time here with Spain versus North Korea in the final. ⚽

It's all about replays. It's all about the story. It's all about emotions.

As replay operators, we look for the moments that help you understand and feel the game. A reaction after a missed chance. The movement that made a goal possible. A detail you might have missed live. Sometimes, a few seconds from another angle can change the way you see an entire passage of play.

The work starts before we press play. We follow the action, keep watching what happens around it and think about what the viewer needs to see next. Which angle makes the moment clear? Is there a reaction that adds something? Does this replay help tell the story?

Every game is unique, and that's what drives us. We don't know where the next important moment will come from. We have to stay curious, stay focused and keep looking. Even when the ball has moved on, the emotion can still be there.

And behind every replay is teamwork. Listening to each other, sharing what we've found and being ready when the moment comes. That's why this photo means so much to me. I'm happy to have shared this tournament and the final with the crew around me.
