EVS Pages passed the real-world test — and it’s ready!

This is so cool! EVS Pages, previously known as the Kartka App, has finished its testing phase and is now getting ready for delivery to the App Store for iOS and macOS.

And today it actually saved me during the Strongman European Championships in Suwałki. 

The OB VAN was small, space was limited, and there simply wasn’t room for an additional big screen and keyboard dedicated to the EVS clip screen.

The other option?

Take a piece of paper and manually write down all the clip numbers, banks and pages.

No. 😄

Instead, I opened EVS Pages on my MacBook and noted everything there while working the show. And that’s the best feeling when developing software: something we invented at University of Television actually becomes genuinely useful during a real live production.

No theory. No laboratory test. A real broadcast, a real EVS, limited space, and a tool that made my job easier.

EVS Pages lets you recreate your EVS clip pages digitally, organise clips across banks and pages, highlight what matters and keep everything immediately accessible.

And it doesn’t stop with the operator.

You can share your EVS Pages live with producers and directors, so they can see your clips themselves and call the exact clip numbers they want.

And yes — it’s coming to iPhone as well! 📱
