People came for replay. They stayed for the people. The second University of Television Open Days are finished — and this one felt different. Inside the studio, we opened the doors to real broadcast learning.

Around the room, we had students, producers, replay operators, engineers, IT specialists, graphics operators, 3D artists, and people from different parts of the broadcast industry.
Some came to see the systems. But I believe they left understanding something much bigger. We are not only showing systems.
We are creating a place where students, operators, producers, engineers, and decision-makers can meet, learn, test, talk, and grow together.
And after the studio session, we moved to the centre of Warsaw for food, drinks, and the kind of conversations that usually create the next opportunity.
This is what University of Television is becoming.
Not only a training place. Not only a studio. Not only another course provider.
University of Television is not only teaching replay. It is building the replay community.
Replay lovers.
Broadcast people.
Operators with replay juice.
People who want to grow, connect, and create opportunities together.
